The First Appointment
Step 1. Medical history
Complete the form before the appointment. Bring a list of medicines.
Step 2. Examination
The first visit is for records and a diagnosis. Treatment is booked separately unless you are in pain.
Step 3. Written plan
You leave with the proposed treatment and the relevant fee, or a date for a specialist opinion.

Financing & insurance
Fees are quoted before treatment. Staged plans, such as implants and orthodontics, are itemised. The practice does not offer in-house credit.

Do you see patients on a plan or insurance?
Fees are private. Some policies reimburse the patient after treatment. The practice does not bill insurers directly.
Where do I attend?
Your confirmation states Marylebone or Richmond. Implant surgery and Fotona laser treatment are at Marylebone only.
