Adult Invisalign: appointments and retainers
Aligner treatment runs for months, not a single visit. Retainers are part of the plan, not an optional extra at the end.
The sequence
Records, including a jaw-motion scan when the bite is involved, come before the first aligner.
Reviews are at Marylebone or Richmond. Wear time is stated in the consent notes.
After the last aligner
Teeth move back if retainers are left out. A removable or bonded retainer is fitted at the end of treatment.
Replacement retainers are charged per arch if one is lost.
